Jen Acupuncture - Columbia Welcome To Jen Acupuncture at Columbia Station on Rt 108
Location:
The office is located at Columbia Station, 9123 Old Annapolis Road, Suite 310, Columbia. The building is 1 mile east of Route 29 between Thunder Hill Road and Red Branch Road.
Parking is in the lot behind the building. There is an elevator and stairs located in the center of the building. In the elevator select floor 3 and not 3R. The sign outside of Suite 310 reads Acupuncture and Wellness.
This is a group of individual practitioners all running their own practices so there is no reception to check in with. If you need the restroom it is down the hall on the right, otherwise, come in and have a seat in the waiting room and I will be right with you.

Forms:
Make sure that all forms are completed before you arrive. This will ensure that there is time for me to review them before your treatment and that our time is used fully on your treatment and not on paperwork. If your forms are not completed before your appointment time we may need to reschedule your appointment. From time to time there may be a form that is needed to be completed before your appointment. I will do my best to use my automated software, Jane, to send forms by email.
Cancelations:
Please remember that I do have a 24-hour cancelation policy and all appointments that are not a true emergencies will be charged full fee for the service if canceled with less than 24 hours notice. Insurance is not applicable for late or no-show appointments. I currently have a wait list of patients and with less than 24 hours notice, these patients are unable to fill your spot. You do have the ability to reschedule, cancel, and reschedule appointments under your Jane account.
